How Long will my item take to arrive?
If Item is in stock already made up, then it will be sent out within 3 Business days, if however we have to make up the item this may take up to 4 weeks to dispatch depending on purchasing stock and trims (with the exception of Wedding Dresses, see details below). Please be aware that these items are not mass produced, and we do not purchase fabric in bulk so do not always have the fabric in at all times.
Please get in touch if the item is needed sooner and we will do our utmost to assist.
How much is postage and packaging?
Prices stated are for UK shipping only, If you place an order through our 'add to cart' option and you are from outside the UK you will receive a further Invoice for the difference in Postage, this will vary depending on which Petticoat is chosen, for example a 3 layer satin bound petticoat will be much heavier than a 1 layer plain one. Please contact us regarding Postage if you are outside of the UK.
Can I save on P&P for multiple orders?
Yes! Please contact us if you are wishing to place an order for more than 1 item as savings can be made on shipping costs, so it may be preferable for us to send you an Invoice rather than the 'add to cart' option.
Do you sell for wholesale?
As all of our items are Hand Made, not mass produced in a Child labour factory in India etc. we can not offer Wholesale prices. However, if you are the owner of a Small Shop or a Boutique we can offer discounts on multiple orders on Petticoats. We do source all of our fabrics locally, and all of our garments and accessories are individually made in our Studio in the UK (with the exception of the Wedding Dresses which are sourced in the UK but not made by Petticoats~A~Plenty).
Returns Policy
We do our utmost to provide accurate photographs of all of our items, and describe them in correct terms. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.
- In the event of wishing to return an item, please get in touch with us asap.
- Refund of postage for returns is non refundable, unless of course WE are at fault.
- Specific 'CUSTOM MADE' or 'MADE to MEASURE' items are non refundable, unless we are at fault, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service, and have many many happy clients.
- Lingerie is non returnable.
Wedding Dress Orders
- The Wedding Dresses are ordered on our behalf through a third party
- All of the Wedding Dresses are Sourced and ordered by ourselves, they are not MADE by ourselves, nor do they have our label inside.
- A full Terms & Conditions form will be mailed out upon request, or with addition of measurement chart after an order has been placed.
- The Wedding Dresses will not be delivered within our normal 4 week period, there is a different ordering system, and details will be provided upon ordering.
